The estates, located in the beautiful Nilgiri, or Blue Mountains of Southern India are some of the largest growers of vanilla in the world. As a result of our success with vanilla, we expanded our product line and now offer a complete line of extracts, flavors as well as spices, chili peppers, salts, seasonings, and rubs.
