Named for the estate where our vanilla beans are grown, Silver Cloud was founded in 2006 and initially sold just two products – gourmet vanilla beans and pure vanilla extract.  We soon recognized, however, that many serious pastry chefs and cake decorators were looking for a wide range of high quality, natural flavors and quickly expanded our line.  Today, we offer over 100 extracts and flavors and add new flavors each month.  We also offer organic extracts as well as spices, chili peppers, salts, seasonings and rubs.  Silver Cloud has carved out a niche as the go to company for sugar artisans looking for the finest quality extracts and flavors. 

Our products are now available at approximately 150 gourmet food markets, natural food markets,  specialty cooking and cake decorating stores around the country.  Many of your favorite celebrity chefs and cake decorators use our extracts and flavors including some featured on the Food Network, TLC and other popular cable channels.
