Celery Flakes
Chopped and dehydrated at the peak of the season, celery flakes are nice to have on hand when you only need a tablespoon or two of celery, or when your fresh celery seems to have wilted just when you are ready to use it. One tablespoon of celery flakes is equivalent to using one stalk of fresh celery. For most uses the celery flakes do not need to be rehydrated.
I love the flavor of celery and often prefer using the flakes, which have a much stonger flavor than fresh chopped celery. Try the flakes in chicken, tuna and other salads.

in glass tubes containing three beans or 8 ounce and 17 ounce vacuum sealed pouches.
There are approximately 40 beans in an 8 ounce pouch. Since our beans are
