Cilantro or Chinese Parsley
Cilantro is the parsley-like leaves of the coriander plant (Coriandrum sativum). This herb has a very distinctive flavor and tastes like a combination of parsley with citrus notes. American cooks have only discovered cilantro in the last twenty years and are now using this herb to flavor sauces, soups, salads, meats, poultry and fish dishes.
Cilantro is widely used in Mexican, Pacific Rim and Middle Eastern cuisines. We purchase our cilantro n California from small growers who dry it and retain its green color.

Silver Cloud offers the finest cured Vanilla Beans, which can be purchased
in glass tubes containing three beans or 8 ounce and 17 ounce vacuum sealed pouches.
There are approximately 40 beans in an 8 ounce pouch. Since our beans are
sold by weight, depending on the size of the beans, the number in a pouch will
