Imitation Pandan Extract
Pandan is a tropical plant the leaves of which are widely used in Southeast Asian cooking as a flavoring. Used either fresh or wilted, the leaves have a nutty flavor and aroma that enhances the flavor of many Indonesian, Singaporean, Filipino, Malaysian, Thai, Bangladeshi, Vietnamese and Burmese dishes.
Emerald green in color, our Imitation Pandan Extract nutty flavor, is wonderful in desserts such as pandan cake and cookies. This flavor can also be used in ice cream and sweet beverages.
