Peking Rub
Peking Rub is a blend of nine spices, salt and sugar, It is the perfect seasoning for duck, chicken, quail and Cornish hens. Your family and friends will also love this rub on barbecued ribs and flank steak. For a great all purpose marinade, add our Peking Rub to equal parts ketchup, honey and Worcestershire sauce. Peking Rub, unlike our Beijing Rub has no heat.We recommend using two tablespoons of Peking Rub per pound of meat and applying an hour or two before cooking. This allows the great flavor to be absorbed by the meat. Many chefs prefer using dry rubs to marinades since they do not burn as easily when cooking.
Peking Rub contains sugar, salt, fennel seed, coriander seed, black pepper, cloves, cinnamon, ginger and other spices.

in glass tubes containing three beans or 8 ounce and 17 ounce vacuum sealed pouches.
There are approximately 40 beans in an 8 ounce pouch. Since our beans are
sold by weight, depending on the size of the beans, the number in a pouch will
vary.

We have introduced some new flavors that have proven to be big hits. Our Champagne, Natural Flavor Blend is wonderful in buttercream and fondant. This flavor has proven very popular with cake decorators. We have also introduced a Red Velvet, Natural Flavor Blend. This great tasting chocolate flavor contains color and can be used for baking, beverages and ice cream. Wonderful flavor for pancakes and waffles.
