Pure Almond Extract
Silver Cloud's Pure Almond Extract is an easy way to add the delicious sweet, nutty flavor of almonds to your cakes, cookies, pies and pastries. Almond extract blends well with many other flavors including vanilla, chocolate, caramel, apple, pear, coconut, cherry and strawberry and is a very versatile flavor for frostings, icing, fillings, ice cream and beverages. Not all almond extracts are the same. Silver Cloud's Pure Almond Extract is stronger than many of our competitors. The added strength results in an extract, which is bake and freeze-proof. This means the flavor does not disappear when you bake and freeze your cakes, cookies and other products. One teaspoon is usually sufficient for your typical cake or cookie recipe.
Silver Cloud's Pure Almond Extract contains alcohol, water and bitter almond oil. Like most of our extracts and flavors, this extract is sugar and gluten-free.

Silver Cloud offers the finest cured Vanilla Beans, which can be purchased
in glass tubes containing three beans or 8 ounce and 17 ounce vacuum sealed pouches.
There are approximately 40 beans in an 8 ounce pouch. Since our beans are
sold by weight, depending on the size of the beans, the number in a pouch will
vary.

This month we have added a number of imitation flavors including Peanut Butter. We are focusing our efforts on developing a complete line of flavors that have special appeal to customers of Mexican, South and Central American descent. As part of this effort we have started offering Imitation Dulce de Leche, Horchata and Lychee Extract. We have also added under pure and natural flavors a Chirimoya, Natural Flavor Blend. Next month, look for Papaya, Margarita and Condensed Milk
