Pure Jasmine Extract

Silver Cloud's Pure Jasmine Extract is made using only alcohol and the finest quality jasmine from France.

Try a few drops of our Pure Jasmine Extract in tea, lemonade, salad dressing and fruit salad. It can also be used in sauces, custards, ice cream and sorbet. Jasmine imparts a delicious honey suckle-like flavor to beer. This extract is sugar and gluten-free.

Jasmine extract can also be used as a fragrance to scent sachets, floral bouquets and potpourri. While developed for culinary purposes, we have many customers tell us they use this extract as a perfume.

Ingredients:

Directions:

Combine eggs, coconut cream, sugar and jasmine extract. Beat together with a fork for 2 minutes. Heat a 9-inch cake pan in a steamer. Pour egg mixture into the cake pan. Cover the steamer and steam for approximately 30 minutes. Allow the custard to cool and cut into slices.

Serves: 6

Silver Cloud offers the finest cured Vanilla Beans, which can be purchased in glass tubes containing three beans or 8 ounce and 17 ounce vacuum sealed pouches.  There are approximately 40 beans in an 8 ounce pouch.  Since our beans are sold by weight, depending on the size of the beans, the number in a pouch will vary.
