A customer favorite Bejing Rub is great on chicken and pork. Add it to soy sauce and sherry wine to make a great teriyaki sauce. Use equal parts soy sauce and vinegar seasoned to taste with this rub for a Korean style sauce. Both of these sauces make delicious marinades for beef, chicken and shrimp. Our rubs are best applied directly to meat and are an ideal way to season meats that require lengthy cooking times or grilling at high temperatures.
We recommend using two tablespoons of our rubs per pound of meat or poultry. They are best applied an hour or two before cooking. This allows the flavors to be absorbed by the meat. Many professional chefs prefer using dry rubs to marinades since they do not burn as easily when cooking.
